Meet the Team
American Ginseng Pharm Regional Center is an agroforestry enterprise located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of New York State.
We are currently the largest organic wild-simulated ginseng farm in the world, and have successfully planted hundreds of acres of forested land in Albany, Delaware, and Greene County, New York. We are constantly expanding and are still in the process of leasing and/or purchasing additional forested lands and farm lands that have characteristics that are beneficial in the cultivation of out focus products.
American Ginseng Pharm is dedicated to growing wild-simulated American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), Reishi (Lingzhi) mushrooms (Ganoderma lucidum), and several other varieties of medicinal plants and mushrooms. We help conserve exploited wild populations of plants, by fulfilling global demand with our own cultivated varieties. We also help out local communities by providing both permanent and seasonal employment.
Our flagship products, wild-simulated ginseng, reishi (lingzhi), and cordyceps, are the most revered medicinal plants used in traditional medicine for over two thousand years. Ginseng is also known as the “king of herbal medicine,” and in Chinese, reishi(lingzhi) is composed of ling (灵), meaning "spirit, spiritual; soul; miraculous; sacred; divine; mysterious; efficacious; effective", and zhi (芝) meaning "(traditional) plant of longevity, auspicious plant. Cordyceps is also revered in Chinese medicine for its powerful medicinal effects.
American Ginseng Pharm’s objective is to become the leader of the Ginseng Agricultural and supplement production industry. With our vertically integrated operational model, we can offer direct and strict control of the quality of our agricultural products. This way we can control how our herbal ingredients are farmed and know exactly what is going into the manufacturing of our end product. We stand by our products, which with our strong guarantees of quality and safety as well as transparency in its production will allow us to help people and generate fair margins.
We primarily sell our ginseng roots , herbs and mushrooms wholesale, but we also create value-added products for global and local consumers,
A ginseng supplement line based on Ginseng, Lingzhi, and other medicinal herbs
A growing number of medicinal tea blends based on Ginseng, Lingzhi, and over two dozen other kinds of medicinal herbs and mushrooms
And in the near-future:
•Products ranging from cordyceps, local honey and beeswax to goat’s milk and velvet antler.
As an organic, high end, agricultural product produced in the USA with strong brand recognition, we believe we will be well positioned to capitalize on industry’s future growth. We are focused on leveraging industry opportunities with our competitive strengths to become China's leading brand of “Made in USA” safe food products.

Environment and Sustainability
Forests suitable for ginseng growth are also conducive to many other threatened medicinal plants
Wild-simulated cultivation protects and even encourages the growth of other rare species of medicinal
We protect habitats for fauna that require mature forests (such as threatened salamanders and cavity-nesting birds
Wild-simulated Ginseng requires little care beyond planting and harvest
The low impact of its cultivation ensures the conservation of fragile forest ecosystems
